The website runs on our own server. Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc., USA) is used as a protection and delivery service; connection data such as the IP address is processed for technical reasons. Database and login infrastructure are provided by Supabase.

Sign-in is exclusively via Discord (OAuth). We store: Discord ID, Discord name, avatar and the e-mail address registered with Discord. This data is required to operate the account (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). An account can be fully deleted at any time in the settings.

Only technically necessary cookies are used: session cookies for the login and a short-lived cookie (1 hour) protecting the view counter against duplicate counting. The language preference is stored locally in the browser. No tracking or advertising cookies are used.

For public member pages we count page views in aggregate (total, per day, country of origin as a two-letter code). IP addresses are not stored permanently for this purpose; they are only processed transiently in memory (at most 1 hour) to protect against count manipulation.

For account security, active sign-ins are stored with browser identifier and IP address and shown to the member in the settings. Sessions can be terminated there at any time.

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure and restriction of the processing of your data, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. An informal e-mail to the address above is sufficient for requests. Full account deletion is available directly in the settings.
